In 1989, Anthony Deal, President of CCA Charters, LLC, bought his first bus to fulfill a need for a local school who needed transportation to and from school activities. It was a 1971 MCI 47 passenger bus. It wasn't long before word spread and various organizations were contacting Anthony about chartering the bus for different trips. He realized it couldn't hurt, to keep it on the road, so he decided to accomodate them. What Anthony Deal lacked in knowledge of charter buses, he made up for in service and integrity. Because of this, more and more people and organizations started to book trips around the U.S. and the load was too great for only one bus. Now with more ways to serve the public, Travel Time Charters happily treats everyone with that same service, integrity, and honesty as it did in the beginning.
 We are a for hire company and meet all the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Department of Transportation with a satisfaction rating. All our coaches have the minimum $5,000,000.00 liability insurance required and the proper license and permits to operate passenger transportation for the general public for compensation.

 Hello, I am Erwin J. Koster, manager of Travel Time Charters. After being a motorcoach driver for 10 years in Europe, I moved from Holland to South Georgia (my wife is from here). While I was looking for a new job, I was noticed there was no charter bus business in this direct area that provides the type of motorcaoch service I was used too. I observed churches, schools, and other groups that owned their own buses struggle with the high cost. For them it is highly illegal to use their buses for any other groups, because of license, permits and insurance required by the FMCSA and DOT. Other motorcoach companies have to come from a greater distance, which increased the cost. With my experience in the motorcoach industry, since 1989, I drove in many countries, in all kinds of road and weather conditions, from high mountains to big cities, with a wide variety of passengers and worked with diferent tour operators. I am also trained to the high standards required for motorcoach drivers in Holland. When I met Anthony Deal a decision was made to bring motorcoach charter service to a higher standerd needed for this area. My drivers and I are asking your help to make this service a success.
